Regional Tournament Dates are as Follows:

Any club that wishes to enter a team in our Western Regionals is required to pay the $300.00 registration at this time. A club can register more than one team if they like. Any club looking to HOST a regional tournament is required to register 3 teams for a total of $900.
Here are the requirements to HOST a Regional Tournament:
Molson exclusive tournament on beer products and holds a valid NLC liquor license.
Liquor to be $0.50 more than beer prices.
Provide referees for the tournament.
Provide meals for the referees and tournament officials.
Provide suitable dartboards for the tournament. Western will look at the boards
and if the board is not of good quality it has to be replaced with a new board.
Provide a suitable playing area and be able to provide kitchen service to supply
food to players at a reasonable price. Tournament officials will monitor this.
Provide a new dartboard for the finals, which will be given to the player with the
winning finish.
Provide money for two plaques to the Western Executive (Roughly $50): One for
round-robin MVP and one for round-robin high average. Coordinate with the
Western Division Executive about plaques.
Successful bidders have to pay $50 for each team at the two-day tournament
($25 for each team if the tournament is one day). Paid to the Western Division at that
tournament.
Successful bidders have to pay $900 to host a tournament. This money will be
applied to the number of teams the successful bidder registers. It costs $300 per
team.
Tournament bids will be voted on
Clubs that hosted tournaments in the previous year will be put in as reserve bids and be considered if no other club wants to host.
